With so much to see and do in the world, it would be hard not to form opinions about what works and what doesn't, who is good and who isn't.   Sometimes, you just want to share an experience, sometimes give a warning.

Why E-Commerce Doesn't Work In Singapore - Online e-commerce has failed to take off in Singapore, unlike the way it has in much of the rest of the world.  While cultural differences are blamed, a much simpler explanation is available - the web sites and business models here are just plain BAD.
